UNSOLVED
winspool.dll
I recently purchased two new games for my grandchildren. One installed with no problem. The other could not find a winspool.dll file. I searched my computer and I do not have such a file. Should I? Naturally the one that I could not install is the one they want to play!

It would help if you had identifie the program causing the problem and the operating system on the computer you are trying to install the program on. Since it is a program for your grandchildren, I'll take a guess that the problem is cause by the program described here (which contains instructions for correcting the problem).
