Alienware 15 GPU Fan Noise
Recently purchased an Alienware 15 (Early 2015 model) and am pretty happy with it so far. However, when the GPU fan (on the right side) kicks in at low RPM, it vibrates a lot. Generally when the fan reaches higher RPMs the vibration stops. I would say anything from minimum to about mid-RPM range causes annoying vibrations.
Also, when the GPU fan initially kicks-in, there is a weird CLICK sound that almost sounds like a really terrible hard disk platter/arm noise... Not sure if that's related.
Anyone else have this issue and/or had it fixed?

I have called Dell Support and they hang up on me. No one has replied here since I bought the laptop. It's still making the loud noise due to what I perceive to be an unbalanced fan.
No, I don't want to go through a software diagnostic to figure out WHY A FAN IS VIBRATING. Is your outsourced support seriously that dull?
How !@#$ing hard is it to send a replacement fan? Come on...

Bump.
In addition to GPU fan noise, the audio occasionally stop working completely (regardless of output device) to the point where a FULL cold restart is required (using Start --> Restart does NOT fix the issue... Need to go Start --> Shut Down).
On top of that, the Wireless 5.0GHz radio keeps cutting out. Starting to use only the 2.4GHz radio in hopes that it is more reliable and doesn't drop me out of games two or three times a day.
Is there any QC on these products?? I'm forced to use BIOS v00 because the fan settings for all other versions causes heat issues. These should all be very easy fixes and I'm very happy with the laptop otherwise. This would be the perfect mobile gaming rig if it wasn't plagued with so many (well-known) issues.
