Automatic Email/updates
Considering that Dell has their on board "Dell Support" software running on my E1505, and I have also signed up for email updates - why is it that I get no notification of driver updates to my laptop? I remember getting them for my 8600.
Also, why is there no automated checking of what drivers need to be updated when I am at the driver download area by having my laptop scanned? My HP would check and then report what I needed to update. It is a real pain to try to figure out what driver updates are new. I am sure htis cna be automated and maybe it is and I have missed it.
Any comments appeciated.

- I have those turned on as well, but it has never seemed to notifiy me of critical upates like a recent BIOS update and a fix to a DELL installed program that was leaking memory up to 250meg! It took me a bunch f time and research to find out they had posted a critical update to that as well. This should be an easy thin or them to do. They scan your computer now, whay not find out what components you have, what driver versions you have an compare to what is in their own database. But thank for the suggestion a the read.TedT
