On my mobil telephone the best way to use the battery,  is to fully run it down and then recharge.

Does the same apply to the battery in my Inspiron 1300 Notebook ?

Will the battery lifetime be affected if I generaly don't charge the battery but plug the Notebook to my powersource instead ?
