My computer was on when all of a sudden a blue screen saying a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.  I have already tried shutting it down and then restarting in safe mode or booting options.  None of the above worked.  Also, everytime I tried to restart my computer there was this horrendous sound I have never heard my computer omit before, like a grinding almost and it was coming from the lefthand side of the computer base.  The technical information on the blue screen says "STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x83360180, 0x833602F4, 0x805F9F88)"  Afterwards is where the "beginning dump of physical memory, physical memory dump complete, contact system administrator" is posted.  One other thing, whenever the blue screen is up, the grinding sound has stopped.  Please help me!

 

P.S. I just tried to restart my computer again and now it is saying "Primary hard disk drive 0 not found, No bootable devices-- strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility"  Neither worked for me.
