DVD/Blu-ray software for Dell 702.  I can not get the BluRay to play a movie.  DVD plays fine

I have done the re-register and am not able to locate where the "my system Config" is located on the dell support page.

My Dell Downloads will collect your Service Tag to identify your system configuration and determine the Software titles that are available for your system.
