[bluetooth issue ] Latitude D830

Hi all ,

 

 My company had bought some  Latitude D830 and  we have a software problem :

 

When bluetooth module is active , MS Word  or MS Excel are very slow to open ( can go up to 5 minutes to wait for the opening ) . If the blutooth is off we have no problem   with word or excel ....

 

Had the latest drivers of the modules installed ....

 

Any idea on this issue ??

    Hi all,

     

    We have the same problem here with a D630. Word/Excel needs about one minute to open a document from explorer. Open the same doc frome inside the application (Menu - File - Open...) ist normally fast.

     

    We removed the Bluetooth-Manager from the autostart folder as a workaround.

     

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks for your post ! We actually disable bluetooth @startup too but i think it isn't a real solution .

     

    If I find a viable solution i will post it here .
