With permission from “RockSt☆r-Rick K” I would like to suggest this troubleshooting tip. Was there any software change made to the computer (such as Windows Update, Operating System Reinstallation, etc.)?

Was the webcam working earlier? If the webcam was working earlier, try to restore your computer to an earlier date and check.

Dell-Zohaib R or myself did not hear from you. The webcam will not show under devices and printers. You should be able to see it in the device manager under imaging devices.
