Ok, here's the scoop. I have an Inspiron 1150. It has worked fine since the summer, but now it wont charge the battery. I have the AC adapter in, but power doesnt go up. Even if computer is off, it still wont charge. heres the kicker: My friend also has an inspiron 1150, and I used her power cord to check if mine was busted, and it also would not charge my computer.

 

any ideas on cause/solution?

P.S. These Dell people really dont have good customer service.
