I have got a year old dell inspiron 5559 i3. When i am plugging in the charger it is the laptop's indicator is blinking and connecting and disconnecting, there is power in adapter as its light is on and even laptop is also responding on connecting the charger for first time then start blinking. On removing battery also its showing power connected for first time and even laptop is not starting  on removing battery

So is my adapter is faulty or battery?  Although i checked the connecting pin is fine of charger.

If any one have any solution pls reply.
