D600 No wireless networks detected
We have a few D600s and none of them can see the SSID of any networks. We have a few wireless networks, all on Aruba infrastructure.
Is this a hardware problem or is there a software update for this? The D600s are running WinXP SP2.
Otherwise, we don't have any problems with any other model of Latitudes.

Hello CSE,
This issue might be due to incorrect wireless NIC configuration or wireless AP configuration that your Dell wireless NIC doesn't support. Can you please answer the following questions so that we can help narrow down the problem further?
1. What is the exact Dell notebook model that you have?
2. What is the wireless NIC model, driver version, and driver date that you have ?
3. What is your wireless NIC configuration for the SSID you are trying to connect to?
4. What is the AP encryption type and authentication configuration?
5. Do you have a wireless icon light on your laptop? If so, is that icon showing light?
6. Do you have access to the Aruba Controller's IP address? If so, then please provide the software version and AP configuration.
Thanks in advance,
Ken
