Dell Folder at startup

For the past week, everytime I start my i6000, the dell folder opens up on its own. Can't figure out how to get it to quit. Any suggestions?

Check your Startup folder in the Start, All Programs list and remove the shortcut you might find there.

Already looked at the startup folder. Nothing there.
