Dell replaced my laptop a while back, and I swapped hard drives.  My bluetooth light is inactive.  How do you enable your blue tooth?  When I try to "power on," it says "FN + F2 to power on", which is my network card power on/off.  I only now have a need for Bluetooth.

 

Seeing as how Dell accidently installed the wrong motherboard on a repair, I could see them sending me a replacement laptop without blue tooh.
