E1505 touchpad settings
i have a dell E1505 core 2 duo running Vista Home Premium SP1 with a synaptics touch pad, and i turned on clicklock somehow and cant manage to turn it back off.
when i look in the mouse settings theres a whole bunch of synaptics stuff, and under the buttons tab where the clicklock option supposedly is, there's no option to turn it on or off. i just want to turn it off. any help would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way is to uninstall the Synaptics Touchpad Software & Enhancements.
Reboot your Notebook, and then re-install them. Here is the page for 6400/E1505 Driver Downloads:
You'll find it in the Input Device Driver(5)
Section
It's what I finally had to do, after I had done the same thing. Everything else failed.
All you need to do then, it setup your touchpad settings to how you had them.
