ePSA 2000-0332
Hi all,
I'm writing to ask about some suggestions regarding a problem I recently noticed with my Dell laptop. It's an XPS 13 (L322X), bought a year ago from Dell Outlet UK. Of course the warranty ran out 3 weeks ago and I just noticed the issue.
When running the ePSA diagnostics, the graphics adapter fails with 2000-0332 (happens at the end of NVRAM scanning, 99%). The laptop itself runs fine and I haven't observed any graphical artefacts, but I'd like to avoid future surprises.
Is it worth trying to extend the warranty on this device? Or should I just ignore the issue?

Thank you for bringing your question to the Dell Community.
Sometimes these errors can be false. However, I'm not finding any internal documentation advising of the L322X giving a false error for 2000-0332. Since the error is towards the end of the test, it's likely that you simply arn't using enough video memory when inside Windows, to show any problems.
You could try a third party video memory stress test or the Dell online diagnostics ( skip to the Gaming performance test ). Trying a video intensive application like a video game, may reveal the problem as well. If you get similar errors from the other tests I mentioned, that means you have some corruption in the shared memory. Since the memory is integrated into the motherboard, well, you know what that means.
