I had the mother board replaced on my inspiron 5160 and now when I restart my computer I get a message "PXE-E61 Media Test Failed, check cable. It also takes a long time to restart. How can this be fixed?
U probably have boot from network card option set in the BIOS . PXE is the Preboot eXecution Environment , it basically enables network booting on your computer .
Try to dig into the Bios and search and disable the NIC boot feature .
