Hello Andesit,
Error Code 2000-0151 means the optical drive is in Incorrect Status. We would have re-seat the Optical Drive.
Before performing the steps, read and follow the safety instructions in Dell Knowledge Base Article: "Precautionary Measures for Personal Safety". Please see the Service Manual for instructions on how to remove and replace the CD/DVD Drive. After re-installing the Optical Drive re-run the diagnostics and check the functionality.
Write back to us with results, I’d be glad to assist further.

Hello Andesit,
Please accept my apologies for the incorrect information provided in my last post. The error code 0151 indicates an issue with the hard drive. Please try re-seating the hard drive and re-run the PSA diagnostics. Check if you get the same error code. Please see the Service Manual for instructions on how to remove and replace the hard drive.
- HI Allan,I am apologised for the long overdue reply. Thank you for the support butI tried in the past to fix it but still get stuck in opening the Palm rest assembly. It is securely screwed. Is there Dell hep centre in Sydney so that I can bring it over there to get help? I can't do it myself. Also if my laptop can't read certain discs anymore, while when I played those discs on other device they worked. Should I change my optical drive?

Hello Andesit,
This indicates to be a hard drive failure. In order to isolate the issue further, run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics. Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action.
I would also advise you to back up all the data before the hard drive completely fails.
Please write back with results.
