i got my computer over the summer off QVC and i fell once... now every time i turn it on it has grey and white lines across it... and the only way for it to work it for me to hit it hard... and i go to hawaii on the 22.. what can i do?!

Unless you also purchased accidental damage coverage, you will need to contact Dell for a repair estimate:
Since accidental damage isn't covered by warranty, see the out of warranty repair department:
support.dell.com/.../expired_warranty
