hmmm
Well, just did a clean install of vista x64 on my xps 630 using dell's 64-bit disc they sent me.. got windows updates and all the main drivers..sound/chipset/display ... i dont see sp1 yet in windows update.. but hopefully soon.
But my windows are basic.. like im running without a display driver.. dont think Vista Aero is working or something..i installed the correct 64-bit nvidia driver aswell, any ideas?

Hi,
Did you get the windows vista home basic. If so, the windows aero feature isnt on home basicc. It is only on home premuim, business, or ultimate.
