i6000 ac adapter

no power adapter included with deliver of new i6000. been without power adapter for two weeks since delivery.  have called customer service three times.  still no power adapter. computer sitting on desk , useless

    Call, request an RMA, and send the system back before your 21-day guarantee runs out.
