Inspiron 6000 reformat
My Inspiron 6000 is as slow as a herd of turtles. Additionally it crashes to a blue screen that ends in a physical memory dump several times a day. I am frequently getting an error report send to Microsoft dialog box that reports these infectons possibly existing on my machine.
ConHook-N
Virtumindo
Win32: Trojano-1165
Trojan.Agent-68
Trojan.Virtumod
Win32/Antinny.AT
Naturally, I have run my antivirus and antispyware programs but the problem persists. (AVG Anti-virus, Adaware, Spybot, Microsoft's own antispyware, Ewido, Hijack this, Spyware Blaster)
Also, there are some 57 processes running on this thing but I checked them all and they were all legit. Laptops seem to be bloated with processes right out of the box before you add the stuff you want to do on it.
I'm experienced at building desktops but not so much with laptops. I've done everything I can think of short of reformatting to solve this with no success. Now I'm thinking of reformatting. This thing didn't come with a restore disk so I'm not sure exactly how to proceed. Can anyone give me a nudge in the right direction? I don't need a step by step just the best way to get the process started. Any other suggestions besides a reformat would be greatly appreciated also.

- Your system should have the Dell PC restore option it will take the system back to factory settings. When you turn on your system just press Ctrl+F11 and select restore, if you want to reinstall windows with out having the preinstalled Dell programs you will have to call tech support so they can send you the cds or use any windows Xp cd and download the drivers from the web site.___________________________________________
