The BIOS POST does not complete on my Inspiron notebook. The Progress Bar get to about 80 or 90 of the way through and stops. I have tried to go into Setup (pressing F2), but it does not work either. It has been sitting in my study for awhile, but I was able to load pictures to it about 2 weeks ago. I have an external hard drive attached.
