keyboard backlight
Hello,
I have Dell Inspiron 13-7359.
I set the keyboard backlight to turn off after 1 min, but the properties reset after the laptop wakes up from sleep. I mean that it always go back to the "never" option, so I need to change the settings everytime I open my laptop.
How can I solve this?

I noticed the problem a few days ago.
However, I think I found the solution. I checked the box that allows the ambient light sensor to work and it fixed it. Now, after the laptop wakes up from sleep, the lights still turns off after 1 min.

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Have you made any hardware or software changes?
Please update the video drivers and quickset application from the link http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/inspiron-13-7359-laptop/drivers and restart the system.
Observe if its still the same.
