Hi I was wondering if anyone can tell me why my keyboard is jamming.  When I turn on my computer it makes the sound as if a key on the keyboard is being held down.  When it first started the "k" key was sparatically appearing like so: kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk and would keep running down the whole microsoft word page (without being pressed].  As time progressed, the 0 was doing the same thing, then both at the same time.  Now, the k key seems to be working; however now my zero button and shift zero isn't working either (which is why my closed parenthesis is a bracket] intstead, I have no closed parenthesis and have to use the function button with the M to get a zero.  So please if anyone can tell me what is wrong with my INSPIRON 6000 please respond to this e-mail!
