Keyboard replacement

There are four keys on my Latitude laptop which are not working.  Can anybody tell me how to contact Dell to find out the cost of replacing the keyboard, and where I should mail the laptop?  I've been put on hold, then transferred 6 times, and then disconnected.   It seems that if your laptop isn't under warranty, they really don't know how to help you, even if you're willing to pay.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.  I called them, and the part is unavailable.   So I guess my laptop is useless.  I probably shouldn't put it in the trash.   Do you know where I can have it recycled?

Before you do that, you can probably buy a keyboard from
