I would like to know if only these two keys are typing the wrong letters or does this happen with any other letters. Please check the response in different applications.
I recommend you to restart the system and at Dell logo tap the F8 key every two seconds which will open ‘Advanced Boot Options’. Using down arrow key select option ‘Safe Mode with Command Prompt’ and hit enter. Please check by keying in the letters in this window.
Also you may try with an external keybaord and check. Please reply with the status.
