I have had my laptop for about a month.  It is a refurb and apparently was originally purchased out of the US.  When I go to tech support, US tech support will not work on it--therefore I am here!

About a weeka ago my touchscreen stopped working, either in pen or touch mode.  I ran the diagnostic and it came up with errors 7 and 48.  I am unable to find anything about it or how to solve it anywere.  Any ideas?
