Looking for wireless dell program
Hello,
I have a c610 Latitude and my co-worker has the c640(I think). In control panel he has a program for connecting to wireless networks that will work with about any wireless card. Im wondering if anyone can help me find this program? Both him and I are running win2000 if that matters. Thanks for any help you might provide,
Jamey

There are a ton of free programs out there for wireless accessing, but one of the most popular for wardrivers is netstumbler. It should work for any wireless connection and offers a lot of features as far as grading the signal quality. They have a great forum for all things wireless as well.Robot Randy

Yeah, NetStumbler is a great program that I use often, but the OP asked where to find the un-named program that is installed on his friends laptop...
But if he can't figure out the program name then Netstumbler is a sure bet if he wants a good and useful alternative.

If anybody knows where I can get this, I would appriciate it very much. Thanks,
