M1530 keyboard problems
I got a Dell M1530 and I can not use the letter g and the left Shift key on the letter t.
I have changed the keyboard, no help. also when I turn on the computer I get a window that tells me that it is checking file system on D. The type of the file system is NTFS.
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended that you continue.
Disk checking has been cancelled.
Then it continue to my start up window. Any suggestions? I am not to good with computers

Hi goonybird,
It seems like an issue with the keyboard on the system. The error 2000-0123 indicates Memory - integrity test failed. Please power down the system, remove and reseat the memory on the system using the manual In the link below please punch in the system service tag or express service code and you can access the user manual for removing and reseating memory.
The other error code 0F00:137B indicates that there was no DVD in the optical drive.
Please let me know if this helps.
No problems when I used the OSK, don't have a USB keyboard.
Did the diagnostics and got a few Error msg on the Memory-integrity test 2000-0123
Also got error code 0F00:137B
DVDR_4-Disk is missing
Will it help if I reset the PC back to factory setting ? It is a older maskin

Hi goonybird,
I would suggest you to bring up the On Screen Keyboard (OSK) and try using it to check if the ‘G’ key on the system works to isolate if the issue is related to hardware or software.
Also, please connect an external USB keyboard to the system and check if it works.
In addition, please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
