movie resolution
Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 8600, 1.7GHz, 512 RAM, DVD NEC +RW ND-6100A, ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 Pro Turbo 128MB,
monitor 1680x1050.
I have two operating system: windows and linux (Fedora Core 2) and the following problem:
after making a partition and installing linux I'm not able to play DVD (under windows) as well as before.
I can see movie without any problem, but the images are not so sharp and clear as before.
It seems that the resolution is lower than before. Soon after receiving the laptop each movie frame was
very very sharp, as a photo, and I was proud and enthusiast of it. Now the images are not so sharp.
The resolution is ok, I do not understand what changed with the partitioning and linux installation (which
in principle do not affect windows).
Does anybody have any idea?
