UNSOLVED
no battery charging
Hi,
I have an Inspiron duo, and for some reason a few month ago it stopped charging, and i can only use it when it is plugged in. i have bought a new battery and down loaded driver support, but nothing seems to be working.
any suggestions?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching us.
When you are logged into the PC, What does the charging indicator reads when you place the mouse pointer on the battery icon at the bottom right corner?
Also please get into system BIOS by tapping F2 key on the startup Dell logo that comes up as soon you power on.
Use the right arrow key ,move to "Advanced" tab. Check what does the "Charger behavior" field says.
Let us know the results, we shall check what needs to be done to get it resolved at the earliest.
