I have a Inspiron 1520 that vworks fine and if I press Power + D I get various bright colours and then a boot up. However I have a 1521 that fails to boot and if I do the same with this I get the colours but they are very dark and not at all bright and after that I just get a flashing A light and  a black screen. No boot.

Does this mean the integrated graphics has failed and is it now scrap?
