ac adaptor showing green light when I plugged it.

Thank you for the quick reply. Look like there is an issue with the AC adapter. Please connect the laptop to a known good AC adapter and charge the laptop for over 3-4 hours and check.

Since there is no light on the AC adapter brick when connected to the laptop, It could be a issue with the AC adapter. So the adapter is not able to supply the power to the laptop.  Please connect  your laptop to another known good Ac adapter and charge the laptop for over 3-4 hours and check.

I tried as you mentioned But Didn't Worked. My laptop didn't showed anything..no sound, no light, nothing

When I connected AC adaptor to laptop it also didn't show any light on laptop that its charging or not..

Please tell me what should I do...?

Thank you for writing to us. Let’s try few troubleshooting steps.

1. Disconnect all the external peripherals including the AC adapter from the computer.

2. Remove the battery from the computer.

3. Press and hold the power button for about 30-40 seconds. This will release the static charge from the laptop.

4. Now put the battery back and try powering on the computer.

Also what is the AC adapter LED status when connected to the system?

Please keep us posted about the outcome.

Before we proceed, let me confirm the light on the AC adapter brick is green when connected to the laptop. However the laptop is not powering on and the you do not see any lights on the power LED.

Yes Ac adapter light is green but there is no light on laptop when i connect ac adapter ....

Yes ac adapter show green light  when I connect ac adapter to laptop. Laptops doesn't shows anything no light no blink.. No sound..
