Problem booting up
Hello there
I have a Dell inspiron 17 r se
when I try to boot it , it shows checking media [fail] then another checking media and then it shows no boot device found and it asks to reboot again.
I have tried to reboot many times but it still doesn't work .
I have done diagnostic test and it passed that as well.
I have no clue what the problem is .
can anyone help me ..

Thank you for your reply. I did the customised test for hard drive and the test was clear .
I checked the UEFI boots and I am missing the Windows boot manager. Is there anyway to reinstall that or should I call for tech support.

Possibly a hard drive failure. Run the Diagnostics again but this time choose Custom Extended Test for the hard drive. That is more accurate than the Quick Test in the regular scan.
