Go to Solution- thank you very much ^^ hmm, can i ask one more question? i using windows 8.1 64 bit, BIOS up to date. my hard disk is dynamic disk, it doesnt allow me to change BIOS => UEFI. Only basic disk can. what should i do if i want to convert dynamic disk into basic disk?

Hi Tb95,
I would suggest you click on the link http://bit.ly/1xdLGak and follow the suggestions provided to convert a dynamic disk back to a basic disk.Also let us know if the boot list option is set to UEFI or Legacy.?

Welcome to the Dell Community.
With the Dell Command | Deploy Driver Pack, A I/T Administrator can perform the following tasks:
1) Use Microsoft Windows OS-based PnP enumeration capabilities to install drivers for applicable devices.
2) Create a system-level optimized deployment sequence.
3) Setup an appropriate boot control sequence.
4) Optimize the deployment of targeted system-specific driver packages.
This will be useful if you are working in a company and where you have your IT team taking care and they would be using these features.
