Quickset for XP?

I have an Inspiron 1721 that I mostly successfully "upgraded" to Windows XP from it's default Vista operating system. All the system's hardware works, after exhaustive research, however, no matter how hard I try I can't find a version of Quickset that runs on XP, that will work on this computer... Just wondering if anyone can point me to a version? Any help appreciated!

    The Quickset for the D400 should work. I have it on mine.

    No. I did not have to do anything special. I had installed Windows XP Pro and then downloaded the drivers from Dell website and installed them.

    Nope. That just bought up an error saying it's an incompatible system. Was there anything you had to do, besides running Setup?

    Well, that's strange... Do you by chance know your version number? I noticed that there are about fifty million different versions on the Latitude D400 Quickset page...

    When I go in and select D400, it only shows me one choice for QuickSet. That is the one I installed (8/29/2006; 7.1.10, A38).

    Hm, thanks anyway, but that one doesn't work on this machine, it just says it won't work. I'll look at some other versions, and other computer models and post back if I find anything that works.

    I found a Quickset installation that works, it's from the Latitude D530. That's for x32 Windows XP.
