Hello everyone. I have had an Inspiron 9200 for a little more than a year now with no problems whatsoever, but I  noticed a black dot near the center of the LCD screen a couple of weeks ago. I don't think it's a burned pixel because it has an irregular form and it's not very dark, kind of a dark stain a little bigger than a period, but I can be mistaken. Since I've had this computer more than a year, the warranty has expired and Dell won't let me e-mail support even when I submit the service tag. Does anyone knows what this is and how to fix it? It's very annoying specially when I try to watch a movie. Thanx in advance.
