Shut Down Issue
Hello
I have an Inspiron 15 3521.
Since 3 days, on clicking Shut Down/Sleep, the laptop goes blank but doesn't shut down.
Please help as soon as possible

I have Windows8 installed.
And I did update my BIOS recently

Hi vaibhav.s144,
Have you made any recent software or hardware changes to the system?
This could happen if programs and their services are interrupting the shutdown process.
To assist you further, I would like to know the operating system installed.
