Slow start up
I am experiencing a slow boot up with my Dell Insprion 1501 it also states that the ac adaptor can not be detected either. Can anyone help me?

If it's in warranty, call Dell. If it's out of warranty, try a new adapter first - if the error continues, the mainboard needs repair or replacement.
Slow bootup can be any number of things - have you run the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup)?
