I appreciate for the trouble shooting steps tried.

I would like to know if you reset BIOS to defaults or if you flashed BIOS to the latest version.

I recommend you to run diagnostics on the hardware components of the system. To run diagnostics restart the system and at the Dell logo tap the F12 key every two seconds. This will start the One-time boot menu. Using arrow keys select ‘Diagnostics’ and hit enter. This will run diagnostics on the hardware components of the system which may take around 5 minutes. Please reply to this post in case of any error message.

at last! sound from heaven! lol I almost give up that anyone will reply to my post!

I dont reset my BIOS, i flashed it with the A07 version, and then this problem show up, at first i thought that this maybe coz the A07 version isn't the latest one, so then I download the A12 but nothin change.

FYI I use alot of high performace GPU since I'm a designer, and sometimes I used more than 3 bulky software like adobe premiere CS 5, after effect, 3ds Max, etc. before I flashed my BIOS, I use my free times playing heavy games like the sims 3, assassin creed 3...

thanks Sujatha... I already run the diagnostic test, and it went well...no error report, except 1 think...after I try thorough test, the CPU termistor went high and reached 100 degree celsius then my laptop dead... I have to wait for couple of minutes to turn it on again... so what do you think? btw i still not download the A13 BIOS yet...

about the high end games... This is the list of games I played

3. Medal of Honor Modern Warfare

4. COD modern warfare

5. Assasin Creed 3

thats before I have this abnormal shutdown... now I event can't play Farm Frenzy 2 properly without suffering from the shutdown...

can't find the A13 BIOS for N4110... are you sure it there?

Note: While flashing BIOS connect the Ac adapter and make sure the battery has minimum 15% charge as this needs uninterrupted power supply. Do not use the system till it restarts and comes up to the desktop.
