Unable to boot to Windows desktop.

When starting my Studio 1749 laptop with a factory installed Windows 7 OS, it automatically does a Windows CHKDSK and than goes to a blue screen with the STOP: c0000135 error message.

Diagnostics indicates 1 root cause.  System files integrity check and repair result:  Failed.  Error code = 0x490.

Any suggestions on how to boot to Windows desktop?
