I just purchased an Inspiron M5030 and am dismayed to find that I need to press the blue Fn key in the bottom left of my keyboard in order to utilize my function keys (F1-F12).  Is there anyway to turn this off so I can just use the F1-F12 keys without the extra stroke?  It causes a lot of extra work for me.... and I do not use the media/CD or whatever the red buttons are for.
