Vostro 3450 Problems, please help

I updated the Dell Vostro 3450 with the latest A07 bios, after that, there was no wireless card or NIC, a lot of the USB ports didn't work, and a bunch of other stuff. I went into the Bios and re-enabled most of them but the wireless card still is no where to be seen, neither is the NIC for ethernet. 

I honestly have no idea.

Please help

    How do I clear the cmos?

    Clear the CMOS and reset to factory Defaults.

    Go into F2 Cmos setup and Load the factory Defaults.
