Is the webcam detected in device manager under imaging devices? If yes, then download the webcam driver for Win7 from - http://dell.to/1JtVB00 - and install it in compatibility mode - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1Tixfax

You could also download and install the webcam central software from - http://dell.to/13DMibD and check if the webcam works fine.

Now, even if you manage to resolve the webcam issue, we cannot assure that your system will be stable on W10. I would suggest you to downgrade the OS to W7/W8.1 for full system functionality - see this link on how to - http://bit.ly/1MeFV1d

This version does not work, it installs it's own driver that removes windows10 drivers !!!

What "version" are you referring to? What software/driver?

This is not a driver. This is only a webcam software, which is only an application to use the webcam. For W7, there is a driver you would have to install - http://dell.to/1JtVB00

Now, this driver is only for W7 OS. From W8 onward, the necessity for this driver has been removed. Windows uses the native drivers for the webcam - read more at this link - http://dell.to/1hnY01h
