Wireless Bluetooth problem

I have a work Latitude D600 laptop.

Over the last couple of days a message pops up every 20-60 seconds but, only when bluetooth is activated - ie. Fn key and F2 key.
The message sates I do not have sufficient security privileges to install devices on this computer - this is true as I am only a registered user and not an administrator. I simply press OK and it goes away although it almost always comes back 20secs later. I am not trying to install anything when this hapens and only have an external Dell mouse in one of the USB ports. This is a huge problem when Im using wirelss at home or any wireless network environment or even just using word, excell etc. My wireless card is an 'Intel(R)Pro/Wireless LAN 2100 3A Mini PCI Adapter' Is this causing the problems? It also has a 'Dell Truemobile Wireless LAN Mini-PCI Card Utility'. Another message came up today related to this problem which sated BTstackserver.exe - Licence invalid, shutting down stack server - What does this mean and I think this is related to the problem. All of this happens only when Bluetooth is on though!

Can anyone help me determine whats causing this problem and how to fix it?

I would be much appreciated.

Sam.

As we all know, the D600 bluetooth is a source of many problems. I suspect that the source of your problem may be a loose bluetooth card, or a damaged bluetooth connector (on the mb). If its intermittently making connection, then the message will pop up everytime it connects. And because your not an administrator, it won't allow the drivers to load. You may need a mb replacement. I would contact dell to have this replaced.
