I and others have had this issue. While not apparently affecting the functionality of my machine, it is annoying nevertheless.

 I uninstalled SupportAssist as well as Dell Update and no longer have the FirmwareTPM.exe errors in Reliability Monitor.

I check the Dell Support website for my specific system for software/firmware updates. There may be a specific solution in the future but for now this is temporary solution for my system.
