I have a Dell 2-in-1 Inspiron Model 7791. After installing a keyboard, the touchpad and the touch screen don't work. I checked the tablet setting (there are none). How do I re-install the driver? I've checked the drivers for both and I don't see one for the touch screen. The driver for the touchpad was checked, I've taken the laptop apart and checked the touchpad connections over and over. I finally got my WIN 11 Pro activated and checked for updates. PLEASE HELP!
