I work in the IT department for my company, and I've got *TWO* users with strange resolution issues...

One user cannot select the 2560x1600 mode at all. It simply gives a plain black screen for fifteen seconds, then resorts back to the original resolution.

Another can OCCASIONALLY select the 2560x1600, but oftentimes when he restarts the computer, it starts up in 640x480, and he cannot adjust it at all. Usually after 2 or 3 restarts, it gives him the option to select the 2560x1600.

We've installed the monitor cd, and reinstalled all video card drivers. Anyone seen anything like this, or have any idea how to fix it?
