I'm having an issue with my 2407FPW moniter that was delivered yesterday. It will not shutdown when I turn the computer off. It goes to red, green, blue, black and white, then cycles back again. I have to turn the power button off manually.

 

I just got off the phone with "overseas" support ( 1 1/2 hours) and after he had me changing plugs, cables etc - he decided that this is the way the 2407FPW works and if the flashing screen bothered me to just use the power button. I'm running a 4600 Deminsion.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?
