Hi Dell :

I have a question about U2711 USB Hub

My computer device as below

OS: Win7 x64 SP1

Belkin 7 port USB HUB x2 connect to USB 2.0 port on M/B,The status is ok

I connect U2711 USB cable to my desktop(USB 2.0 port) caused 1 issue

Win7 inform me that system find a device & list it as "unknow device" on device tree

before using U2711, no this problem exitst, &  now use Belkin USB Hub connect to my NB

it can work, or change to USB 3.0 port on M/B, the result is ok, no above issue

So there are 2 USB 2.0 Port on M/B be able not to work

ever try to use USB mouse or flash disk to connect to 2 port,but can't be read

I think maybe device driver is destroyed

Now I hope Dell can give me a hand to solve it, Sorry for your inconvenience
